Our mission is simple: to provide Columbus and the Central Ohio community with personalized and accurate title insurance and closing services. Our expert team has helped close thousands of real estate transactions in our 40+ years of industry experience.
At Service Title Agency, we make the process as approachable and smooth as possible. We aim to exceed your expectations every time we work together by providing you with all the updates and information you need to stay in the loop.
The real estate industry is constantly evolving, and it has especially changed over the last few years. Service Title Agency has made sure to stay in lockstep with those changes. We provide flexible closing options, remote settlements, and offer e-Signing for cash transactions and most seller documents. The services we offer are designed to streamline the closing process for you.
Sharon founded Service Title Agency in 1996 and has enjoyed serving in the title industry for the last 40 years.
Sharon oversees the day-to-day operations and enjoys working directly with lenders, attorneys, investors, and buyers and sellers.
